Party vibes in Magaluf 🎉
The brunch was lekker, open until 1:30pm, and the pool area was vibey with plenty of sunbeds—always a win! The staff were friendly and sorted out issues sharp-sharp when we asked, which made things smoother.
The rooms could've been better. There were basic kitchen necessities missing, like cups and cutlery, making it hard to enjoy the kitchen area we had.

great location, but needs more kitchenware
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, with a kettle, microwave, and fridge, which was convenient. Enjoying the mountain view each morning was a highlight, adding charm to my mornings.
The kitchen amenities in the suite lacked basic kitchenware, like cups and plates, making it difficult to make full use of them.

The Loft Room was spacious with a nice kitchen area and a big balcony, but we noticed it lacked basic things like plates and cutlery, which is a bit odd for a room with a kitchen. The bed was comfortable, but our view wasn't great since we overlooked another building. The cleaning was hit or miss—some days felt like everything was done well, other days seemed rushed. it had potential but could use a few improvements.

Unlimited brunch offers a wide selection of delicious options suited for various tastes. The large swimming pool provides plenty of space for relaxation and sunbathing, making it a hotspot for those looking to chill out after a beach visit.
Be prepared for a real party atmosphere, as soundproofing in the rooms leaves much to be desired. noise from hallways and neighboring rooms can disrupt sleep. I also encountered issues with the room's kitchenette—specifically, a lack of basic kitchenware like cups and plates, which made self-catering tricky. The brunch area could use a good scrub, as some dishes and tables weren't quite up to snuff during busy meal times.

The unlimited brunch was a standout feature, offering a variety of delicious options that brought excitement to each meal. Plus, the large swimming pool was a great place to chill and soak up some sun, especially after a quick walk from the beach.
The check-in process was a hassle, with long waits for self-registration machines that often malfunctioned, creating frustration on arrival. Noise was a consistent issue. late-night disturbances from loud guests echoed through the corridors, affecting sleep quality. I found the cleaning inconsistencies troubling, with hair and stains lingering from previous guests, which didn't quite fit the hotel’s image. The kitchen amenities in the room were a nice touch, but the lack of basic kitchenware meant you couldn't really utilize it, which felt like a bait-and-switch. Lastly, the brunch area could definitely use better hygiene practices, as dirty dishes were not an uncommon sight during mealtime. it seemed that some areas could use a serious upgrade in management and attention to detail.
